Refunds & Returns

I do not accept refunds or returns after product has been shipped. However, if there is something wrong with your order please do not hesitate to email tawnyillustrations@gmail.com.

Shipping

Tawny Illustrations is based out of a small northern town in Ontario, Canada. This limits what carriers we can use for shipping, so we primarily use Canada Post to ship all orders. Canadian shipping is usually more expensive then most other places, so please keep in mind the cheaper shipping options do not include tracking. If you choose this option, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. If your order offers free shipping and you would like to pay additional for tracking, please don't hesitate to email me at tawnyillustrations@gmail.com. To protect myself and you, selecting tracked shipping is the safest and guaranteed way to receive your product, and if it is lost/damaged then we can refund/refill the order.

Packaging

As the business changes and grows, we will try to move more towards environmentally friendly packaging and materials, and move away from bubble mailers and other plastics. While we are in this transition, it should not effect shipping or the safety of your package in any way!

Coupons
Coupons are not eligible to be stacked. Ex. Using 2 coupon codes on one order will not work. Please use the best discount code that works for your order.




Wholesale

Tawny Illustrations does offer wholesale opportunities with a minimum order amount. If you are interested in a wholesale inquiry, please email tawnyillustrations@gmail.com where we can supply a product catalog for you.
